As a Junior Product Designer at OneFootball, you will join our talented Product Design team and design amazing user-focussed experiences for our r membership program and digital community – OneFootball Club. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Teams and wider members of our Membership squad and have the opportunity to conceptualise and design gamified experiences that reward our loyal users for their activity within the app. This is a truly unique opportunity to join a highly motivated team that is building the digital football experience of the future.
Your role- Collaborate with members of the OneFootball Club squads to deliver design solutions for upcoming features and evolve current features.
- Partner with Product & Design team members to conduct User Research interviews to gather user feedback and validate concepts before release.
- Work with other business units to support them with design tasks
- Join and actively contribute to project meetings and workshops
- Develop your design knowledge and skills by participating in Design Team meetings and design critiques.
- A minimum of 1 year of design experience within a full-time role
- Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- A basic understanding of industry-standard design processes
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of user problems and how you would go about solving them
- Able to balance business needs with user-centric solutions
- Knowledge of design systems and how they support product development
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (Figma)
- A basic understanding of multi-platform design principles
