Your new company

A lot has changed at Frontify over the last decade, but people continue to be at the heart of our vision.

Every day, we empower thousands of brand builders worldwide — including teams at Lufthansa, KIA, Vodafone, and Uber — to create brands that have an impact. Our more than 300 employees collaborate and engage in and around our headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City. And we’re looking for new team members to join us.

We’re built on a collaborative culture of experimentation, trust, and transparency. If you want to help us achieve our mission of creating a home where brands can thrive, read on.

Your Team

Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.

Your Mission

As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll support the design process for our SaaS platform, helping to create user experiences that delight our customers. Working closely with senior designers in cross-functional teams, you’ll turn concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while gaining exposure to the end-to-end design process. You’ll have the opportunity to play an essential role in shaping features and tools that bring value to our users while building your expertise.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll collaborate closely with senior designers, developers, and product managers to refine ideas and ensure alignment across teams.
  • You’ll take part in designing products that are inclusive, usable, and engaging for a wide range of users.
  • You’ll support product teams by creating a wide range of design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs.
  • You’ll help prepare design deliverables for seamless handoff to development teams.
  • You’ll participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and feedback loops to iterate and improve your work.

Your Story

  • You can work in a hybrid or on-site format within Switzerland where you’re able to work in our St. Gallen office on a regular basis.
  • You are passionate about design and your portfolio is a testament for it – a formal education in design (e.g., degree or apprenticeship) is a plus, but not a must.
  • You have a good understanding of basic design principles.
  • You’re attentive to details and understand how the iterative process works.
  • You have a growth mindset: open to feedback and see it as an opportunity for improvement.
  • You’re eager to work on both UI and UX, even if one is your primary area of interest.
  • You’re familiar with tools like Figma and Figjam. Bonus points for specific design related skills.
  • You speak English fluently.
