Position Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our growing procurement team. In this role, you will support day-to-day purchasing activities, assist with managing supplier relationships, and help to optimise our procurement processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports using Excel.
• Support the end-to-end procurement cycle — from requisition to payment.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotes, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance and other teams to ensure correct documentation and coding.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

Must Have

• Advanced Excel skills – comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Power BI for data visualisation, modelling, and performance analysis.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system.
• Experience in sourcing events and procurement tools (e.g., Ivalua, Coupa, etc)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with contract terms and supplier management.
