The Role 

You are analytically sharp, tech-savvy and motivated to grow in a dynamic environment? Then join our Product Marketing Management team as a Junior Pricing Manager (m/f/d) and help shape pricing strategy and execution for our mid-market Workforce Management solution.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and continuously improve the pricing calculator for our mid-market product.
• Provide reliable and prompt support to Sales by answering pricing and calculation inquiries.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy for enterprise solutions and develop expertise in this area.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to explain pricing logic and tools to new colleagues.
• Support the future mapping of pricing into a Salesforce-based solution.
• Assist in preparing pricing-related analyses and presentations in PowerPoint.
• Keep stakeholders informed about pricing updates and changes.

Key Requirements 

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High affinity for numbers and IT tools.
• Ideally, initial experience in pricing or product marketing.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to take ownership and learn.
