Junior Pricing Analyst

Shared Services Graduate opportunity – Pricing Support. 

TMS Global is a procurement outsourcing business and are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, International Paper, multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally and our TMS family consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA. 

We now have one new Graduate/Entry level vacancy in our Shared Service Centre in city centre Gurgaon, India with easy access via fantastic transport links and we offer hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. 

Our Shared Service Centre is 1 of 2 key office locations for TMS Globally and is a key part of our strategic growth plans as we expand and add new specialisms out of this office. It has seen consistent growth over the past three years, almost tripling the headcount in region as it continually grows and reshapes to support our wider TMS family across the world. 

We have teams based here that focus on Operational Support for pricing and procurement activities, Data and Analytics, IT Helpdesk Support, Project Management and Compliance and Governance teams, all who support the wider TMS family Globally across all international locations. As such any new joiners will be working in shift patterns, predominantly aligned to European hours. 

About the role 

You will join our Shared Service centre as an Entry level role/Graduate and be placed in one of the central support teams, where you will be supporting the wider business Pricing support team. 

We understand at this point in your career how important it is to get a variety of experience and wide exposure to various specialisms so you can find which career path you excel at and which one you would like to pursue. So every 1-2 years you will rotate to a new team to support your personal development and growth. 

On top of this you will also have yearly performance reviews, personal development plans and access to an amazing array of training through our internal training academy, online resources for self-driven learning and workshops to attend which are run via out internal training team. 

About you 

We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates with anything from 0 - 12 months post- graduate experience. You might be looking for your first role, or perhaps you’re looking for a change of direction after your first graduate role or perhaps you wish to gain exposure in a more international business. If you are a good communicator with fluent English skills and have intermediate – advanced excel skills, then these roles could be a great fit for you.
