Position Overview:
Solution Analyst responsibilities include utilizing prefixed offerings to provide a solution for client requirements. The Analyst typically is involved with solutioning multiple high volume low complexity engagements. Responsible for preparing budgets and pricing while working with multiple internal teams to plan engagements for successful delivery.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform discovery and requirements gathering.
- Determine how WWT will perform the services in scope.
- Determine the best fit services option that meet client objectives and balancing winning business with creating engagements that are optimized for successful and profitable delivery.
- Review engagements prepared by other employees for compliance and quality control purposes. Follow detailed documentation on the process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with WWT Sales and WWT Services stakeholders and other WWT departments and employees.
- Serve as the point of contact for the Services organization regarding assigned Sales opportunities.
- Support high-volume and low-complexity engagements independently.
