Junior Portfolio Reporting and Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

Verisure is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Junior Portfolio Reporting and Strategy Manager (m/w/d).

In this key role, you will support the strategic development of our portfolio by analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to shape short-, medium-, and long-term strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation and progress of related projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include the conceptualization, design, and execution of reporting tools to track daily operations, as well as the preparation of monthly performance reports for various internal stakeholders. You will also play a supporting role in the budgeting process for the Portfolio and Operations Marketing areas.

In addition, you will contribute to the analysis and development of initiatives aimed at strengthening customer loyalty and improving cost efficiency in customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute reports for daily activity monitoring.
• Prepare monthly reports in collaboration with the finance department for various stakeholders.
• Oversee the budgeting process for the area of Operations and Portfolio Marketing and ensure its successful execution.
• Analyze performance and plan improvement strategies for short, medium, and long-term goals in attrition, RMC, NPS, among others.
• Track and monitor projects and initiatives arising from improvement strategies.
• Manage projects aimed at improving team performance and productivity, impacting the quality of the customer portfolio. This includes reducing cancellation requests, increasing system usage by customers, and improving first-contact resolution rates.

Profile & Qualifications:

• Preferred University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Proven experience and sound results with Power BI and Excel.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to perform well in international/multicultural teams
• Results-oriented with a strong ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient (C2) or native German level and Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages will be a plus: French, Spanish).
