About the opportunityAs a Junior Performance Channel Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across key paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Working closely with experienced Performance Marketing Managers and cross-functional marketing teams, you will contribute to campaign success through performance monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, analytics, and marketing technologies within a global and innovative organization.
Your tasks include- Support the setup, launch, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and delivery to help ensure campaigns achieve their objectives.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and support the analysis of key metrics, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Assist with campaign optimization activities, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and creative performance improvements.
- Perform quality assurance checks on campaign settings, tracking links, targeting parameters, and creative assets before campaign launch.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing Managers as well as content, design, analytics, and campaign teams to support successful campaign execution.
- Continuously develop expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Initial experience gained through an internship, trainee program, working student position, or entry-level role in marketing, media, digital advertising, or a similar environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and exposure to at least one paid media platform such as Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn.
- Strong interest in data analysis and an ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
- Motivation to learn advertising platforms, tracking methodologies, analytics solutions, and marketing technologies.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics, reporting, CRM, or campaign management tools is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills, with a collaborative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Openness to work under a limited-term employment contract for 1 year (with the possibility of extension).
