The Junior People & Culture Coordinator plays a key supporting role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This position provides hands‑on support to the P&C team in recruitment, onboarding, administration, and daily operations, while ensuring that all processes reflect Four Seasons standards of professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional to gain exposure to a luxury hospitality environment and build a strong foundation within Human Resources.
What You Will Do
- Support daily People & Culture operations, ensuring smooth and organized administrative processes
- Facilitate onboarding activities, including document collection, orientation preparation, and employee welcome experience
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations
- Provide support to employees’ day-to-day inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience
What You Bring
- Interest or early experience in Human Resources, hospitality, or administration
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- A positive, approachable, and service‑oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment
