In this role, you will
- Build strong, consultative relationships with partners through regular and open communication
- Deliver trainings and presentations on products, new features, and motivational programs
- Onboard and train new partners to ensure a smooth and effective start of cooperation
- Support existing partners with timely responses, helping them fully leverage platform functionalities and resolve payment, fines, and legal-related issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and support teams to address partner needs and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Drive partner success in business development by identifying growth opportunities and removing blockers
- Prepare actionable recommendations to improve project performance based on partner feedback
It’s all about you
- You have English at B2+ level or higher and can confidently communicate in a professional environment
- You have Spanish at B2+ level or higher and are comfortable working with international partners
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or similar roles
- You have a strong analytical mindset and pay close attention to details
- You have experience managing relationships with multiple partners and stakeholders simultaneously
Would be a plus: - You are familiar with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude
- You have experience working with streaming platforms or similar digital products
