Junior Partner Account Manager (Chinese & English & Russian)

We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager (fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English speaking ) to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Managing and developing partners without income;
• Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions;
• Sending out communications to Affiliate Partners and collecting feedback;
• Managing project news channels;
• Working on Affiliate Partner's requests;
• Frequent questions from Affiliate Partners;
• Assistance with onboarding of new partners;
• Assistance in all CRM chats.

We expect from you:

• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
• Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
• Advanced user of Google Workspace.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
