From processing orders in Oracle and coordinating across sales, finance, and logistics, to managing returns and suggesting process improvements, the role offers the perfect mix of structure and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Processing orders in the system (Oracle) based on the input from customers and sales team
  • Email contact with customers
  • Close cooperation with various internal departments (warehouse, finance, sales, supply)
  • Generating email acknowledgements to sales team or clients on status of orders processed
  • Order management – overseeing complete order execution
  • Responsible for filing of all sales order requests/changes processed by the department
  • Handling return process
  • Actively proposing process optimizations
Skills and Experience we desire
  • Willingness to learn, positive energy when in contact with clients and the rest of the team
  • Written and verbal communication in French (Minimum B2) and good level of English
  • Experience/background in logistics/supply chain, business administration, customer service (SSC/BPO) will be a plus
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Open-minded and constructive attitude towards tasks
  • Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
