Pave Bank is building the next generation of financial infrastructure, combining modern banking with secure and scalable operations. We are launching a paid Junior Operations Program to develop early-career talent and build a strong pipeline for future permanent roles.
Program OverviewThe Junior Operations Program is a 3 to 6-month paid rotation designed for candidates with no prior professional experience. Participants will work closely with the Operations team, primarily supporting payment processing and operational workflows. High-performing participants will be considered for permanent full-time roles at the end of the program.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in banking and financial operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily payment processing and transaction monitoring
Assist with operational checks, reconciliations, and internal controls
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support internal teams with operational and administrative tasks
Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Learn and apply internal banking systems and operational processes
No prior work experience required
Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills and comfort working with data
Responsible, reliable, and process-oriented mindset
Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills in both Georgian and English.
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Compensation: 1200 Gel Gross
Location: Tbilisi
Working Hours: Early or late shifts (06:00-15:00 or 14:00-23:00)
