Job Description- Support the Country Manager in localizing content and marketing campaigns to ensure our global strategy resonates with the Estonian market
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, customer service, and marketing
- Translation of various texts from English into Estonian (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, fashion content, marketing materials)
- Competitor monitoring (e.g., sales campaigns, celebrity and influencer collaborations, services)
- Quality assurance of our website
- Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring, and engagement with logistics and customer service teams
- Market analyses and development
- Native-level competence in Estonian, both spoken and written
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Work experience in business development, project management, customer service or logistics is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
