Job DescriptionAbout the role
As a Junior Operations Client Partner, you will start your career in a role that combines client interaction, project coordination, and data-driven problem solving.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually develop your ability to support client projects, understand business needs, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions.
This role is designed for recent graduates, offering structured onboarding, training, and continuous learning opportunities.
What you will do
- Support day-to-day interactions with clients, helping to respond to operational requests
- Work alongside experienced team members to understand client requirements and expectations
- Assist in coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Help translate client needs into clear internal tasks and follow up on progress
- Collaborate with multiple teams across Operations, Customer Success, and Sales
- Contribute to resolving client queries related to data, delivery timelines, or quality
- Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and client calls
- Support quality checks and ensure outputs meet expected standards
What you will learn
During your first months, you will build a strong foundation in:
- How global clients use data and insights to drive business decisions

QualificationsWhat we’re looking for
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- First experience in a client-facing environment (internship, part-time role, or academic project) is required
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Interest in data, business operations, or client-facing roles
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international team
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Languages:
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Additional languages (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) are a strong advantage
