The Junior OKR & Business Analyst supports the TMO in driving strategic alignment and performance through the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. This role combines analytical skills with business understanding to help teams define, track, and achieve their objectives. The analyst will also assist in gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the OKR framework across departments
  • Assist in facilitating OKR workshops and training sessions for teams
  • Monitor progress on OKRs and prepare regular reports for leadership
  • Ensure alignment of team OKRs with organizational strategy
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Document business requirements and processes for improvement initiatives
  • Support the development of dashboards and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data reporting
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the Transformation Office
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the OKR process
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1-2 years in business analysis, strategy, or performance management
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Understanding data analysis and reporting
  • Foundation knowledge of Project Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German is considered as an asset
