Your mission as a (Junior) Office Manager

 

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic (Junior) Office Manager (m/f/d) to enhance our office experience across locations while supporting our team’s daily operational needs.

 

Even as a primarily remote company, our hubs—especially our main office in Hamburg—are central to our team’s collaboration, connection, and creativity. As a (Junior) Office Manager, you’ll ensure our offices run seamlessly, creating a smooth experience for everyone onsite.

 

From handling essential documents, signatures, and letters to supporting a globally dispersed team, your work will be vital in making our workplaces efficient, welcoming, and stress-free.

 

 What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee the daily operations of our Hamburg office, ensuring a comfortable, well-maintained, and efficient workspace for all team members
  • Provide logistical and operational support for team members working in any of our global hubs (through WeWork) by assigning and managing accesses globally
  • Support administratively People and Finance Team by handling company paperwork, including processing signatures, drafting letters, and managing essential documents to support our teams
  • Ensure all offices meet local health and safety standards, implementing necessary updates and training as required
  • Support the coordination of onsite team events, meetings, and visits by arranging space, catering, and materials as needed

You will thrive in this role if

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Facilities Management, Operations Management or similar - or bring some experience in workplace management and/or office coordination
  • Ideally, you have had exposure to working in/with a remote/hybrid organisation
  • You have strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • You are proficient in German and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are based in Hamburg and excited to be in the office every day
  • You’re highly organised, pragmatic, and empathetic, with a proactive mindset and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences
  • You take ownership and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, always eager to help out a team member and proactively keep stakeholders informed
  • You like handling paperwork :)
