- Assist in the daily workflow and organizational tasks in our Barcelona office
- Support employees, by addressing daily office-related questions and requests
- Help ensure office efficiency, including supplies, equipment and coordination with service providers
- Contribute to the organization of team events and activities (e.g. monthly gatherings, summer camp event)
- Maintain a sufficient daily supply of food and drinks for the office
- Support coordination with cleaning crews, maintenance, and vendors
- Support the People Team with any internal communication and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with basic office processes and policies
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment needs
- Provide general support to office visitors
- Coordinate meetings, including room bookings, catering and other logistics when needed
- Support basic administrative documentation (collecting invoices, assisting with monthly expense tracking)
- Assist in the management and maintenance of Health & Safety requirements in the office
- Collaborate with the People Team during employee onboarding (welcome, desk setup, access, welcome kit)
- 1- 2 years experience in office administration, event coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while learning on the job
- Fully proficient both in Spanish and English
- Open-minded, reliable, self-confident and eager to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus
