Job Description

• Conduct day-to-day operational risk and incident management, including: ensuring risk and incident reporting, quality review and challenging, monitoring implementation of mitigating actions, reconciliation of incidents
• Conduct control testing, including: identifying control gaps and assisting 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
• Monitoring of Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
• Support: Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process, defining and monitoring stress test and scenario analysis process, performing punctual processes reviews and investigation
• Act as contact person for 1st Line of Defense and supporting them in assessing risks and in defining corrective actions

Qualifications

• You successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or equivalent
• You gained first experiences at a bank, asset manager or financial services company in (Operational) Risk Management, Audit or Compliance
• You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities
• You have a strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
• You have concise verbal and written communication skills in German (minimum C1) and English
