Silotech is recruiting for a Junior Network Engineer to support timely on site corporate and commercial reach back for all technical sustainment operational assistance required to support AT&T deployed solutions.
This position is for consideration of a proposal contract.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate base area network (BAN) and local area network (LAN) infrastructure, systems and subsystems.
- Functions as the technical specialist for LAN activities, such as, heatmap generation and analysis, system scaling and distribution, wireless controller configuration, and access point placement.
- Perform maintenance of network devices to ensure correct operation with minimal interruption.
- Implement network communications hardware and software.
- Establishes and maintain data network performance baselines and troubleshoot network issues.
- Support lead network engineer in design, documentation and delivery of BAN network system, subsystems and end-user integration.
- Analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies.
- Executes technical investigations of network system.
- Consolidates design efforts on major projects.
Qualifications:
Education
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Advanced degree in related field or equivalent experience; or equivalent combination of training; certifications; work and/or military experience is highly desired.
Experience
- 4-6 years' experience
Certifications
- CCNA is required
