We're seeking a curious and motivated software engineer who's passionate about artificial intelligence and excited to apply cutting-edge AI technologies to real-world retail challenges. You don't need to be an expert- just eager to learn, experiment, and grow alongside a supportive team of experienced software engineers and AI experts.
Responsibilities- Gains familiarity with Software Development Engineering concepts, practices and methodologies relevant to retail software applications
- With guidance, performs standard Development Engineering duties, including: application, server and web services system setup, administration, configuration and automated deployments, coding basic AI components, data pipelines, and AI implementations according to established protocols and coding guidelines
- Supporting production teams on issues related to application design and related communications, deployment and operation.
- Deploying, maintaining and scaling web applications.
- Learn and apply industry-standard AI/ML practices, responsible AI principles, and company guidelines for developing retail solutions
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications, servers, web functionality, etc.
- Demonstrate willingness to accept constructive feedback and learn from mentorship provided by senior engineers
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Software Development Engineering (C#)
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Experience with version control (ideally Git) and collaborative development
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps, Jenkins
- Interest in retail technology, e-commerce, or customer experience innovation
- Coursework or personal projects involving machine learning, data analysis, or AI
Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 6,900.00 PLN gross to 9,900.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
