We are currently seeking a Junior .NET / CTI Developer to join one of the Group’s subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain applications using the Microsoft .NET framework/.NET Core
  • Assist in the implementation and support of Dialer and CTI solutions
  • Integrate telephony systems with business applications and databases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature development
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Support production environments and assist with issue resolution

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core
  • Understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with web services, APIs, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of contact center technologies, Dialers, or CTI platforms
  • Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, or telephony systems
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integration technologies
  • Exposure to cloud technologies and modern development practices
