Degree in: Economical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
English: Intermediate or above
Skills & Interests:; Data analysis & Excel; Interest in production equipment and manufacturing processes; Planning, coordination, and problem-solving mindset

- Prepare production programs by estimating needs, analyzing plant capacity, and identifying any operational constraints
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient program execution
