We are looking for a Master Data Analyst O2C, who will be responsible for executing transactional and governance activities related to Customer Master Data to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant records in ERP systems. The role supports smooth order‑to‑cash operations by enabling correct order processing, billing, credit management, and cash collection. As the role is part of a transition environment, hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is considered a valuable asset.

ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain customer master data in ERP systems, including new records, changes, and blocking or deactivation of obsolete or duplicate entries.
Validate customer information (legal entity data, tax/VAT IDs, addresses, payment terms, credit data) in line with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Apply master data governance rules to prevent duplicates and ensure data integrity and standardization.
Ensure high‑quality customer data to support accurate order processing, invoicing, credit management, and timely cash collection.
Collaborate closely with O2C teams (Order Management, Billing, Credit, Collections) to resolve master data‑related issues and discrepancies.
Maintain and apply standard naming conventions, customer hierarchies, payment terms, and classification rules.
Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or risks in customer master data.
Support internal controls, audits, and compliance requirements related to master data.
Monitor recurring master data issues and propose corrective or preventive improvements.
Act as a point of contact for business stakeholders regarding customer master data topics and foster a professional, service‑oriented relationship.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of master data processes and work instructions.
Relevant professional experience in the Master Data Management field, preferably in O2C / Customer Master Data
Education degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent qualification
Transition experience would be an asset
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or equivalent ERP tools
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in a Shared Service Center, outsourcing, or similar environment is a strong advantage
