Here’s a summary of the role:
As the Junior Marketing Manager at YouGov, you will support the UK Field Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include managing strategic Brand Activation with a focus on Events, Partnerships, and Account-Based Marketing in the region. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth, enhancing marketing operations in the UK and Ireland.
This is a hybrid role, so individuals must be able to commute to the London office at least 2 days a week.
This is a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Increase awareness of YouGov’s brand and leading products & services across the UKI, our primary region and second-largest market, using tactical marketing activities
- Take ownership of YouGov UK’s events program, from meticulous planning and execution to comprehensive reporting and strategic optimization
- Play a pivotal role in developing and executing the Account-Based Marketing strategy in the UK to increase revenue and share of wallet
- Collaborate closely with the commercial and research teams to understand objectives, priorities, and key accounts
- Support the wider marketing team in launching, maintaining, and optimizing the UK’s content marketing program across 15 priority sectors, including reports, articles, and rankings
- Continuously monitor metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent UK Field Marketing on a regional and global stage, developing internal positioning and driving advocacy throughout the business
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, developing strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
- Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across departments
- Strong English copywriting skills, with a supporting portfolio
- Experience with marketing automation systems, CRMs, and reporting tools (we use Marketo, Salesforce, and PowerBi)
- Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Strong project management and quantitative skills
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Proven success in managing events to drive measurable demand
- Expertise in developing and optimizing account-based marketing campaigns to acquire new clients
What can you expect when you become a YouGover?
