We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting the Head of Marketing and PR team in delivering high-quality campaigns and ensuring consistent brand presence across all channels.
Job DescriptionThis is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for luxury fashion, tailoring, and brand storytelling. The Junior Marketing Executive will assist with day-to-day marketing operations, from coordinating shipments and maintaining brand assets to producing creative content for social media and supporting store and PR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Head of Marketing, you will:
- Arrange and track the shipment of samples, garments, and marketing materials.
- Liaise with external PR agencies to support press coverage, gifting, and sample requests.
- Ensure regional stores have the latest marketing assets, campaign materials, and collateral.
- Assist in the production of marketing graphics and assets for social media, newsletters, website, and printed materials.
- Schedule and monitor social media content, helping to grow engagement and brand reach.
- Support the coordination of in-store events, client experiences, and brand activations.
- Maintain and update internal marketing libraries (images, logos, templates, press materials).
- Conduct competitor and industry research to support campaign planning.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Draft and schedule weekly mail outs
- Deliver reports to the Head of Marketing including Social Media and email marketing
- Completed a degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous office experience ideal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of tone for luxury brands.
- Basic design skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Canva).
- Interest in social media marketing and digital storytelling.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about luxury fashion, tailoring, and craftsmanship.
