As our Junior Marketeer you will help BOI grow through organic channels, generate leads, build our brand’s presence, and support pipeline growth. You’ll experiment with the latest AI marketing tools, create and optimize compelling content across blog, video, social and email, and leverage SEO, GEO and organic strategies to attract high-quality prospects. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to wear many hats, is eager to learn fast, bring fresh ideas, and build real ownership over time.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing, collaborate with global leadership, and join a team of five to help execute our marketing strategy with speed and craft.

What you’ll do

You’ll support our mission to grow BOI through organic channels and content-led demand generation. You won’t be expected to “own everything” on day one. What matters is curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

You will:

  • Support and drive multi-touch campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and conversion
  • Grow our social presence, creating high-impact short- and long-form content that engages our 300K+ global AI audience, with a strong focus on the US market
  • Create and repurpose high-quality content across channels, including blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, scripts, and video content aligned with our ICP and buyer journeys
  • Contribute to SEO and GEO execution, including keyword research, content updates, on-page optimization, LLM optimization, and continuous experimentation to drive organic traffic and visibility
  • Support the orchestrating, promoting and executing of our bi-yearly AUTONOMOUS summit (+10K participants per edition)
  • Take an active role in AI-powering our marketing activities, focused on growth - building smarter systems that increase reach, conversion, and marketing efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communication or growth role (ideally in a B2B context), with a strong focus on organic acquisition and lead generation.
  • Excellent writing and editing ability in English, with a knack for clarity, storytelling and audience-relevant messaging
  • Strong content creation ability across multiple formats (written + visual + short-form)
  • Solid understanding of lead generation and marketing funnel mechanics
  • A proactive learning mindset: you take feedback well, improve quickly, and ask smart questions

Nice-to-haves (we’ll support you in building these):

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Wordpress and Elementor, Figma, and LinkedIn ads
  • Interest in AI marketing tools and experimentation
