Job Description

Your valuable contribution to something big:

•  Complete different projects in the 4-6 departments where you will carry out your activity from the trainee program; Gather international experience through a firmly planned stage abroad to build and integrate a new direction in the Romania location
•  Be involved in the allocated daily business and projects;
•  Work closely with your assigned mentor to develop your future leadership role;
•  Develop a comprehensive network within the company.

Your profile

Personality:

•  Be well organized, focused and able to meet strict deadlines ;
• Your mindset is based on improvement and growth;
•  Have self-initiative drive
• Bring a positive attitude;

 Foster a passion for leadership.Education:

• Bachelor and Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Affairs or similar;
• International experience (for example: Erasmus, internships in own area of activity, faculty abroad).

Experience and Skills:

•  A first professional experience (no more than 4 years of work experience) in the financial/logistics field;Experience in the automotive manufacturing represents a great advantage;
• Entrepreneurial thinking and leadership potential;
• Local project experience in technical industrial area: logistics, supply chain management, manufacturing, development, quality or similar;
• Independent way of work, analytical skills, intercultural competence, flexibility, networking-oriented.

Languages:

• English – level C1;
• German – level B1 is helpful.
