Job Description
Junior Managers Program is a program designed to groom potential future management staffs who is able to contribute to the success of the company. This is an 18 to 24 months program which you will be assigned to different functions within the organization or complete requires assignments in your functional area which could include one assignment abroad. This will give you the breadth of experience and exposure to help you move into the management role in mid to long term within the assigned division.

Qualifications
• Masters Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management;
• At least 2 years of professional working experience preferably in MNC environment;
• Experience in business process in supply chain;
• Self-driven and possess leadership skills in leading a team;
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Matured, dynamic, flexible, resourceful, team leader, independent, persistent, committed, willingness to learn, result oriented;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office like MS Excel/ Powerpoint and an aptitude for figures;
• Proficient in English and Malay languages both in writing and oral; and
• Willingness to travel abroad i.e. short-term assignment.
