Zeos by Zalando is our B2B division which is currently offering to our partners: Zalando Fulfillment Solutions (ZFS), Zalando Shipping Solutions (ZSS), Zalando Returns Solutions (ZRS) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Our team’s goal is to drive strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and business intelligence initiatives within the B2B, enabling informed insights and maximizing operational efficiency.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)..Perform data analysis on various logistics datasets: analyze key business drivers and explore the volume dynamics of our ZEOS logistics products
Support volume planning initiatives by analyzing historical data and forecasting future needs. Collaborating in the creation of forward-looking models, gaining hands-on experience in forecasting and strategic planning.
Contribute to broader analytical and research aiming to deliver insights derived from big data sets to drive efficiency efforts and decision-making within ZEOS.
Enhance Reporting & Deliver Actionable Insights: Work alongside the teams to refine and optimize planning and reports. Your contributions will help deliver valuable insights to stakeholders, empowering data-driven decision-making.
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Some experience (1-2 years, or internships) in planning and/or analytics; ideally in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Familiarity with tools commonly used in data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar).
Analytical thinking skills, with the ability to define problem statements and propose solution approaches.
The ability to work independently on assigned tasks while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Fluency in English.
