About the team

The Financial Planning & Operations team is part of Global Finance and is responsible for planning, forecasting, and analytical activities that support business decision-making and provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial health by bringing together financial, operational, and external data.

The team supports strategic planning, leads the annual planning cycle and monthly forecasting processes, and generates market- and regional-level insights to understand the key drivers of business performance. By identifying emerging trends and developing early warning signals, the team helps anticipate risks, uncover growth opportunities, and enable timely, accurate, and data-driven decision-making across the business.

About the role

  • Lead and manage assigned FP&O processes, ensuring consistent execution, effective governance, and alignment with global standards across planning, forecasting, and analytical activities.

  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize ways of working, while leading the implementation of process and system enhancements that improve efficiency, controls, user experience, business performance, and decision-making.

  • Partner with Finance, Markets, Global Functions, and Digital & Technology teams to gather business requirements, resolve process issues, and ensure the successful adoption and implementation of FP&O processes, technologies, and best practices across the organization.

  • Monitor process performance through KPIs, governance routines, and stakeholder feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness, compliance, operational excellence, and overall process maturity.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and communications to support the adoption of global standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability development.

About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related fields

  • 5–7 years of experience in Finance, with strong exposure to FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, finance operations, or financial controlling

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, with experience in decision support, management reporting, and performance analysis

  • Proven experience driving process improvement, standardization, automation, or finance transformation initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

  • Data literate, with experience using finance systems, planning solutions, and reporting or visualization tools (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Markets, Global Functions, and Digital & Technology teams within a matrix organisation.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to simplifying processes, strengthening controls, and enhancing efficiency and user experience.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams

  • Fluent spoken and written English
