Job description
What you'll do:
- Data Collection and Preprocessing: Gathering and preparing data for training ML models, including cleaning, transforming, and organizing datasets.
- Model Development: Designing, building, and training ML models using various algorithms and frameworks.
- Model Evaluation: Testing and validating models to ensure they perform well on unseen data, using metrics to assess accuracy, precision, recall, etc.
- Deployment: Implementing ML models into production environments, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitoring model performance and making necessary updates or improvements.
- Collaboration: Working with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into broader systems.
- Documentation: Writing clear documentation for models, processes, and systems to ensure reproducibility and ease of understanding.
- Research and Innovation: Staying updated with the latest advancements in ML and AI, and experimenting with new techniques and tools.
- Ethical Considerations: Ensuring that ML models are fair, unbiased, and ethically sound.

Our ideal colleague is/has:
- python developer with at least 1 year of experience
- active English (B2 level)
- Generative AI enthusiast
- Familiarity with ML frameworks like Keras, Tensorflow, SciKit; experience with LLMs,
- GenAI or LangChain is a benefit
- motivated, proactive and self-confident
- always open to learn new things

Basic wage component (gross): from 2200 EUR
- The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
