What you'll do
- Assist with day-to-day logistics, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities
- Support the Logistics Coordinator with preparing shipments, organizing materials, and following up on logistics tasks.
- Receive, move, label, and organize incoming materials, parts, packages, and supplies.
- Help prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, staging, and basic documentation.
- Deliver materials, parts, tools, or paperwork between departments as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized logistics, storage, and shipping/receiving areas.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and basic record updates.
- Communicate with internal teams to help ensure materials are available where and when they are needed.
What you'll need to get the job done
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on support role.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as moving boxes, organizing materials, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to update records, use email, and work with simple spreadsheets or inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Reliable, organized, and willing to support a variety of tasks as priorities change.
