​Are you ready to join Hempel as our new Junior Logistics Coordinator?

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Handling with direct delivery/ex-gate/II sales orders from Hempel offices and customers in order meet established objectives, schedules and service quality. 

  • Coordinating of return orders in accordance to actual rules and procedure. 

  • Preparing and reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy. 

  • Complaint handling. 

  • Daily contact to colleagues from other HMP associations: responding to customer inquiries (stock availability, time of delivery, reservation, expected production etc. and referring to the proper channels. 

  • Invoicing, monitoring financial reserve for transport costs 

  • Arranging of paint distribution for internal and external sales using all means of transport like road, air, rail, modal, etc. 

  • Preparing required documentations (invoices, delivery notes, certificates, ADR etc). 

  • Picking up offers, checking service from warehouse to customers to create continuous improvement culture in department for Customer satisfaction. 

  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards. 

  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.

What do we look for in you?

  • ​​​​Graduated, preferably in Logistics. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Power Point. 

  • Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions. 

  • Very wide knowledge with regards to logistics and import/export procedures. 

  •  ​​​Wide knowledge with regards to technology and products. 

  • Good collaboration and team work abilities. 

  • Self motivated and focused on details and results with attitude towards changes. 

  • Ability to cope with stress and time pressure situations.

Skills Required

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
