What you’ll be doingAs our Junior Logistics Accountant, you’ll be the critical link between finance, supply chain, and our 3PL partners. Expect to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
- Manage order and invoicing flows related to third-party logistics (3PL)
- Reconcile sales data - from order to reported figures and KPIs
- Ensure inventory accuracy across systems (volume and value)
- Prepare and post monthly inventory-related accruals
- Own account reconciliations within your scope
- Act as the go-to person for 3PL partners and internal finance teams
- Support and drive standardization and automation of invoicing and inventory processes
- Develop analytical skills and insights around working capital
You might be early in your career, but you’ve already proven you thrive in dynamic, high-speed environments. Maybe you've worked in FMCG, logistics, or another fast-paced sector - and you're eager to learn and grow.
Must-haves:
- Hands-on experience with customer order processes and/or inventory reconciliation
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Sharp analytical mindset - you spot deviations and want to understand why
- Degree in finance, accounting, logistics, or a related field
