Junior Legal Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Legal Specialist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support legal activities related to the delivery of Content Delivery Network (CDN) services, including contract drafting and review, legal and regulatory compliance (GDPR), and intellectual property management.   

Main Responsibilities: 

• Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of commercial contracts and licensing agreements. 

• Support legal matters concerning data protection (GDPR), information security, and intellectual property rights. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with both national and international regulations. 

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in the IT and telecommunications sectors. 

• Contribute to corporate compliance management and intellectual property protection initiatives. 

• Prepare documentation and assist in managing legal disputes and conflict resolution. 

• Provide support during due diligence processes and legal activities related to mergers and acquisitions. 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Law. 

• 1–2 years of experience in legal roles, preferably within the ICT sector or technology companies. 

• Foundational knowledge of GDPR, d.lgs. 231/01, intellectual property, and commercial law. 

Skills:  

• Ability to work in an international, multitasking environment. 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

• Language: Fluency in English is required.
