About the role

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and eager-to-learn Junior Legal Counsel with a Law degree and strong English skills (verbal and written). The ideal candidate should have an interest in Corporate & Commercial law, Contract law, and Intellectual Property. 

What would be your main responsibilities?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial contracts across all entities within the group.
• Negotiate various commercial contracts, including NDAs, technology licensing agreements, procurement agreements, and intercompany agreements.
• Monitor contract milestones and assist business owners in taking necessary actions.
• Support the legal team in providing efficient and effective legal assistance to the business.
• Handle ad hoc legal tasks as required.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Law (or currently a student).
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Interest and/or experience in Corporate & Commercial law, Contract law, and Intellectual Property.
• Ability to quickly switch between different legal matters in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
• Experience with a law firm is preferred.
