This entry-level position offers both hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility in drafting, organising, and enhancing legal documentation and content resources.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, your focus will be on developing accuracy and reliability in content tasks while gaining exposure to compliance requirements and template management processes. Working closely with senior team members, your daily responsibilities develop core skills while ensuring high standards for accuracy, compliance, and consistency are met across all legal documentation and user resources.

• Assist with drafting, editing, and organising legal content (articles, templates, and educational materials) under guidance.
• Support routine document management – ensuring version accuracy and compliance with checklists and standards.
• Maintain and update legal templates, flagging inconsistencies or issues for senior review.
• Help track tasks using the team calendar, documenting updates and following up on deadlines.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of guides, FAQs, and basic documentation, integrating feedback from seniors.
• Assist with onboarding and support material preparation in collaboration with the wider team.
• Collect and summarise user or team feedback, helping identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply new content tools and technology as introduced, learning from peers and mentors.

Travel to offices and client sites overseas may be required.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• 1–2 years’ professional experience, internship, or demonstrable training in legal, content management, compliance, or SaaS roles.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Law, Public Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills with the ability to draft and edit legal or technical documents with accuracy.
• High attention to detail, quality, and consistency in document and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint); ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
• Professional fluency in English required, additional language skills highly valued.
• Demonstrated reliability, organisation, and accountability in meeting deadlines and supporting team operations.
• Growth mindset: willingness to learn from feedback, participate in training, and adapt to evolving requirements.
