As the Junior Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a list of cold leads, validating contacts, working with prospects in the CRM system, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with lead generation contractors and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of lead generation activities to management.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience in lead generation/prospecting
- Experienced user of Partnership Management Platforms and CRM systems, mass mail software, MS Office (Excel)
- Experience working with any of these tools and platforms like Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush, Modash, Influencity, Outreach.io, and equivalents would be a plus
- Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills suited to working in hybrid, diverse and inclusive teams
- Advanced English, knowledge of additional languages (German, French, Spanish) would be a plus
- Interest in the photo industry, familiarity with photo and AI technologies would be a plus
- Being result-oriented, proactive, hard-working, attentive and responsible.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a list of cold leads through various channels according to the relevant criteria
- Validate high volumes of contacts
- Work with prospects in the CRM system, structure the documentation
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
- Work closely with lead generation contractors
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead gen activities and provide regular reports to management.
