Job DescriptionWe are looking for a sharp, dependable and proactive Junior Key Account Manager to support the management and operational growth of foodpanda's top restaurant chains. In this role, you will bridge day-to-day execution with strategic account growth, ensuring our highest-priority partners run smoothly while helping uncover performance insights alongside Senior Key Account Managers.
- Operational excellence: Oversee day-to-day operational efficiency, menu or inventory compliance and service availability for foodpanda's top chain accounts to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences.
- Problem solving and initiative: Ideate and execute targeted initiatives to overcome operational blockers, reduce cancellation rates and boost overall account performance.
- Data-driven support: Collaborate closely with Senior Key Account Managers to analyze vendor performance data, identifying trends, bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
