Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in Johor, supporting key client accounts across our global inspection and testing operations.
With a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, this role ensures clients receive accurate, timely communication throughout their jobs, working closely with the Key Account Manager and wider teams to support consistent service delivery.
The role involves assisting with job management, coordinating information between internal and overseas teams, maintaining accurate records, and supporting client reporting. It is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in account management within a global, fast-paced environment.

- Good organisation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and support wider operational delivery.
- Understanding of deadlines and service expectations in a client-focused environment.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant education (e.g. business, logistics, science or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
- Additional training in customer service or administration desirable.
Required Languages
- English & Bahasa (in business proficiency level for written and verbal communication).
