JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive sustainable growth within the eCommerce channel by developing strategic customer partnerships, turning data-driven insights into commercial opportunities, and delivering excellence in customer development across key online retail customers. You will play a critical role in growing our Home Care & Personal Care business through effective account management, sales planning, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of customer growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop relationships with assigned eCommerce customers, ensuring strong commercial partnerships and sustainable business growth.
Deliver sales and profitability targets for the assigned customer portfolio through effective planning and execution.
Identify new business opportunities and recommend actions that support category and customer growth.
Monitor sales performance, key business KPIs, and promotional effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations based on insights.
Develop sales forecasts and support business planning activities to achieve commercial objectives.
Analyze customer, sales, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Prepare impactful business reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead customer meetings and coordinate the implementation of agreed commercial initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
Support product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal initiatives to maximize business performance across the eCommerce channel.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2 to 4 years of professional experience in Sales, eCommerce, Trade Marketing, Customer Development, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into business insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a corporate environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Good working knowledge of English and strong stakeholder management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in eCommerce, online retail, marketplace environments, or digital commerce channels.
Knowledge of retail customers and customer management within commercial organizations.
Experience within FMCG and exposure to promotional budgets, trade activations, or commercial planning processes.
