Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big
We are seeking a motivated young professional to join our Bosch Digital department. In this role, you will be managing daily operations, providing local support to end users while being BD’s face to the customer.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners
- Oversee user administration, including user rights, domain management, file & email services
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provides technical support for common IT issues, operating systems, various software applications, hardware & peripherals
- Manage IT inventory effectively
- Support unified communication systems
- Assist with data room operations support
- Collaborate with central BD teams as needed
What distinguishes you
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field
- Relevant professional experience is advantageous but not required
- Fluency in both Greek & English
- Fundamental understanding of LAN/WAN & Windows operating systems
- Customer-focused mindset with great communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Outgoing personality with a proactive “can-do” attitude
- Highly motivated and eager to learn new concepts and skills
