The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Administering users and their corporate IT equipment and associated software
- Providing support in-person and remotely
- Troubleshooting and resolving user issues
- Implementing user change requests
- Handling support tickets, logged by users, in a timely manner
- Identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs
- Recommending IT solutions that meet business needs
- Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment
- Maintaining hardware/software inventories
- Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaboration with external vendors
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft’s technology:
- Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Basic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and security
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ease of learning new technologies
- Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate at all levels
