Are you at the start of your IT career and eager to learn how to manage and further develop a business-critical application? In this role, you will grow into a specialist in XpertSuite and work alongside experienced colleagues on solutions that deliver direct value to the business.
What you are going to do
- Application management (learning on the job): supporting the management and configuration of XpertSuite and contributing to maintaining the stability and setup of the application
- Change & delivery: assisting in translating business needs into solutions and supporting the configuration and improvement of functionality within XpertSuite
- Analysis & development: learning to understand business processes (absence management) and IT solutions and gradually developing towards independently analysing and resolving issues
- Collaboration: working in a Scrum/Agile team within NN Incomeand collaborating with colleagues from NN, HCS, and external partners (Otherside)

Who you are
- HBO/WO level of thinking and working (e.g. IT, Business IT, Business Administration)
- Interest in IT systems, processes, and application management
- A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Scrum/Agile is a plus
- Affinity with IT landscapes or architecture is a plus
- Strong command of the Dutch language
Who you will work with
You will join a relatively new IT Change team with plenty of room to learn and develop yourself. At the same time, you will contribute to an important redesign of XpertSuite, taking on increasing responsibility as you grow in the role.
