We are looking for a Junior IT Operations Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.
Responsibilities

  • Support the availability and stability of services in the European market by monitoring production and test environments.
  • Assist in resolving operational alerts and incidents.
  • Support the management of tickets for incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Participate in the execution of critical incident procedures and the preparation of post-incident reports.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operational procedures and knowledge articles.

RequirementsTechnical Requirements
  • Operating Systems: RedHat, Linux, Windows Server, Openshift.
  • Cloud & Microservices: AWS, Azure, Microservices, Lambdas.
  • Monitoring Tools: Logic Monitor, Nagios, Grafana, Kibana.
  • Scripting / Automation: Bash and Python.
  • Databases: Basic knowledge of DB and troubleshooting.
  • Networking: Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills.
  • Linux Commands: Experience with administration and maintenance commands.
  • Scheduling Tools: Tidle.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools, preferably JIRA.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Motivated to learn and develop IT operations skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment (including shift work, if required).
