Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and system performance to ensure uptime and reliability for critical building systems.
- Assist with routine server maintenance, including patching, updates and backups, with a focus on minimising disruptions to critical operations.
- Support the administration of Windows servers and related applications under guidance from senior engineers.
- Perform general technical troubleshooting and give consultation to development teams.
- Ability to support incident discussion and resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in incident response and emergency procedures related to studio building management systems.
- Collaborate with the international IT team on system updates, testing, and deployments.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper access and account setup.
- Provide technical support for users in all studio locations Help manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Support the backup and storage infrastructure.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure-related role.
- Basic understanding of Windows Systems (Client and Server).
- Experience supporting user hardware and peripherals; familiarity with gaming or high-performance workstation environments is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or other device management and deployment solutions.
- Foundational understanding of networking concepts (WAN,LAN,TCP/IP)
- Working hours flexibility around infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
- This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.
Nice to have
- Experience with Linux systems (desktop or server).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of ITSM principles and ticketing tools.
- Interest in automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of infrastructure processes.
