The Work You’ll Do:

As a valued member of our growing Compliance Services team, you will support the accurate preparation and filing of Insurance Premium Tax returns for your own portfolio of clients. Full training will be provided, and you will gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows. The world of compliance services offers real responsibility early on – you will begin supporting clients in the following ways:

More specifically, you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for routine questions from your client portfolio

• Validate Client Insurance Premium Tax data using in-house software

• Assist in confirming tax amounts due to clients

• Help create accurate tax returns under guidance

• Ensure all data is complete and returns are submitted within strict deadlines

• Build positive working relationships with clients and internal teams

• Attend client meetings as and when appropriate

What We Need From You:

• 0–12 months of client service, administrative or analytical experience (internships and university projects welcome)

• Interest in client service, finance, accounting, or working with data

• Basic knowledge of Excel or a willingness to learn it quickly

• Comfortable with MS Office

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation

• Confidence in prioritising tasks to meet legal deadlines

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment

• A positive “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new skills

• Additional European languages are an advantage – and you will get to use them!
