With our ongoing growth, this is the perfect moment to become part of Stolt Tank Containers in Slovenia. We are currently seeking several experienced Logistic Coordinators at our Slovenia hub, reflecting our strong commitment to expanding operations in this region. Since opening our new Ljubljana office in summer 2023, the site has rapidly developed into a crucial center of knowledge and growth within STC’s international network. The steady creation of new roles highlights our strategic investment in this hub and our focus on strengthening its contribution to our global business.

Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 50,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. What you will be doing
As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be central to the success of our Operations team. You will deepen your understanding of logistics operations, engage with suppliers and clients, oversee documentation, and help drive the smooth daily running of our business. You will also work alongside Operations Team Leads on a range of projects and partner closely with local teams. This role offers a strong platform to further develop your logistics career and actively contribute to STC’s values and objectives.

Key responsibilities
•    Organize and coordinate inland export/import activities to guarantee efficient loading and delivery.
•    Track shipments and manage order processing with accuracy
•    Keep reservation list data up to date and communicate promptly with transport coordinators.
•    Communicate clearly with the EMEA Operations department and other teams.
•    Act as point of contact for customers and suppliers in case of issue with transportation.

Qualifications
We are looking for professional with demonstrated experience in corporate customer-facing roles, able to handle complex situations in a face-paced environment.
•    Bachelor's degree in logistics, economics, business administration, or a related field.
•    Relevant work experience in a customer support, administrative, logistics role or similar.
•    Fluency in English is mandatory, good command of French is also preferred. 
•    Excellent work quality and accuracy combined with a problem-solving attitude.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability of working in s team setting priorities and goals. 
•    Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
