Junior Infrastructure Sales Specialist

Altron Digital Business is a leading provider of cutting-edge Infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Infrastructure Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving sales growth, generating leads, and promoting our innovative Infrastructure products and services.

The primary focus of this role is high-volume demand generation with low-touch customer interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently generating leads and providing quick and accurate quotes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive database call down campaigns for Infrastructure solutions

• Develop and maintain relationships with specific named clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

• Drive high-volume business through digital campaigns and other demand generation activities

• Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings and ensure seamless service delivery

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and planning

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Infrastructure products, services, or related technology solutions

• Basic understanding of Infrastructure technologies, virtualization, cloud services, and related IT infrastructure

• Experience in high volume sales

• Customer-centric approach with a focus on efficiency

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities

• Team player with good time-management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
